crusade, the FDA has exploited and lied about the tragic death of a young girl and her family;
they deceived the American public, scammed the U.S. Congress and declared GHB a
Schedule I drug.
A Schedule I drug by definition under 21 U.S.C.S. Section 812 is as follows: (a) The
drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse; (b) The drug or other substance currently
has no accepted medical uses in the United States; (c) There is a lack of accepted safety
for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision. Examples of Schedule I
drugs are Mescaline, MDMA, Methaqualone, PCP, Heroin, LSD… just to name a few. The FDA
made this determination and gave faulty data to Congress to get it passed for one reason – it
represented a threat to the financial welfare of the pharmaceutical companies. What happened
